Warranty Repairs

Any products found to be defective within three years of invoice date will be repaired or replaced at ATMOX’s discretion. Purchaser must provide proof of purchase date or installation date to confirm product is within the warranty period. ATMOX warranty includes shipping cost in both directions. (In select circumstances, ATMOX may verify a defect via photo or video documentation without return of product.)

Non-Warranty Repairs for Homeowners

For products after the 3-year warranty period, ATMOX has a flat rate repair service that includes shipping cost in both directions. All ATMOX repairs come with a 1-year product warranty.

Repair Service Process

  1. Contact ATMOX to receive UPS Shipping Label.
  2. Pack product carefully. Insert RMA information from ATMOX. Write a note of any known issues.
  3. Use supplied UPS label to drop off at any UPS store location.
  4. ATMOX will repair or replace and ship back via UPS Ground.

Note: Repairs or warranties of products manufactured by other companies such as dehumidifiers will be handled by their respective manufacturer.
